Shipping Information:

Orders are normally filled within 7 business days. You will be notified if we anticipate that it will take longer. Out of stock items will be back ordered, unless you notify us otherwise.

Shipping and packaging This is a flat fee of $12 which is applied on all orders other than those for gift certificates only. We ship via UPS or USPS, our choice. Please include a physical shipping address if you receive your mail in a Post Office Box. Extra shipping charges apply for individual items that weigh 3 pounds or more.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Plants are guaranteed to arrive true to name and in healthy condition. Claims must be accompanied by a digital photo within 24 hours of receipt and/or return of the plant(s). Refund, replacement, or credit will be given at our discretion.
